WB ONE is a one part water-based acrylic urethane sealer that offers excellent clarity without the strong solvent odors associated with other urethane products. WB ONE has an extremely fast set time (20 minutes) and a long pot life (24 hours), which ensures that it can be easily applied but ready for a recoat in 1 to 2 hours, and light foot traffic in 2 to 4 hours. WB ONE uses advanced copolymer technology which enables excellent clarity, without the strong solvent odors that are associated with other urethane sealers.

We recommend WB ONE for sealing concrete, or top coating metallic epoxy, works well with a partially broadcasted decorative flake floor, and exceptional for basements and garages too! Ideal for a light duty top coating solution and when a LOW VOC top coat is needed. Not for use in immersion service or constant chemical exposure areas. Can cover many of our epoxy systems such as: HDWB, HDPRO, PRO100, CLEAR100 (metallic epoxy as well).

Please perform a light degloss before applying WB ONE. Use 120 grit screen to degloss, vacuum clean, then spray acetone, and wipe up quickly using a microfiber mop. PRO-TIP: Spray, then immediately mop up. If acetone, or alcohol is left on the epoxy too long it can eat away at your coating.

There is no doubt that WB ONE™ is the clear choice for a water-based acrylic urethane sealer. It’s simple to work with, gives outstanding results and it offers flexibility in application with no odors.

LIMITATIONS:
Clarity of color or gloss may be affected by high humidity, low temperatures or chemical exposure.  Lighting like sodium vapor lights may affect color.

For best results use a good quality 3/8” nap roller.
Slab on grade requires moisture barrier.

Substrate temperature must be 5°F above dew point
All new concrete must be cured for at least 30 days

Do not apply this product to areas where there is standing water, damp concrete can be coated.

Additional coats should be applied before a twenty four hour time period has elapsed, otherwise, it may be necessary to slightly roughen and de-gloss the previous coat.

Too thick of an application may result in solvent entrapment and subsequent product failure.

MIXING AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (WB ONE)
1) PRODUCT STORAGE: Store product in an area so as to bring the material to normal room temperature before using. Continuous storage should be between 60 and 90 degree F.  Keep from freezing.

2) SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface preparation will vary according to the type of complete system to be applied.  For a one or two coat thin build system (3-10 mils dry) we recommend either mechanical scarification or acid etching until a suitable profile is achieved.  For a complete system build higher than 10 mils dry, we recommend a fine brush blast (shot blast).  All dirt, oil, dust, foreign contaminants and laitance must be removed to assure a trouble free bond to the substrate.  A test should be made to determine that the concrete has an appropriate vapor barrier.  This can be done by placing a 4’X4’ plastic sheet on the substrate and taping down the edges.  If after 24 hours, the substrate is still dry below the plastic sheet, then the substrate does not show signs of eventual hydrostatic pressure problems that may later cause disbanding.  However, this product can be applied to a damp floor as long as there are not standing puddles.

3) PRODUCT MIXING:  This product should be stirred well before using.  Mix with slow speed mixing equipment to avoid introducing air into the material.

4) PRODUCT APPLICATION:  The material can be applied by brush or roller.  Maintain temperatures and humidity within the recommended ranges during the application and curing process.

5) RECOAT OR TOPCOATING:   If you opt to recoat this product, you must first be sure that all of the solvents and water have evaporated from the coating during the curing process.  The information on the front side are reliable guidelines to follow.  However, it is best to test the coating before recoating or top coating.  This can be done by pressing on the coating with your thumb to verify that no fingerprint impression is left.  If no impression is created, then the recoat or topcoat can be started.  Always remember that colder temperatures will require more cure time for the product before recoating can commence.  We do not recommend any coatings be placed over this product except multiple coats of this product itself.  If previous coats have a blush, clean with a standard type detergent cleaner.

6) CLEANUP: Use PM solvent

7) FLOOR CLEANING: Caution! Some cleaners may affect the color of the floor installed. Test each cleaner in a small area, utilizing your cleaning technique. If no ill effects are noted, you can continue to clean with the product and process tested.

8) RESTRICTIONS: Restrict the use of the floor to light traffic and non-harsh chemicals until the coating is fully cured (see technical data under full cure). It is best to let the floor remain dry for the full cure cycle.
