CLEAR100uv - 3 Gallon Cradle Kit / Batch Kit. CLEAR100 uv is a high build top coat system popular for top coating metallic epoxy systems and more.  CLEAR100uv is our 2 component 100% solids clear epoxy seal coat / top coat. CLEAR100uv can also be used as a flood coat for paint chip systems, quartz, marble chips, metallic powder, and colored sand mixtures to provide an unlimited variation of flooring designs. It's most valued application is serving as a top coat over metallic epoxy systems. 2 Gallons of Part A and 1 Gallon Part B.

CRADLE KIT OPTION

CRADLE KITS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED VIA freight LTL.  If we ship freight and it's to your home there may be additional charges from the freight company. Since we are the shipper the charges come back to us, and we will then have to pass them on to you. There are additional fees if you have the driver bring the pallet into your space. If you have them use the lift gate. Please keep in mind any additional charges from the freight company will be billed to you. 

BATCH KIT OPTION

Batch kits are great. Essentially they are the same as a cradle kit, but we can ship them UPS! It's a 5 gallon bucket with 2 gallons Part A in the 5 gallon bucket, and Part B is in a 1 gallon pale. This will come to you in a box, and Part B will sit on the outside of the bucket.

Recommended for warehouses, kitchens, restrooms, and other areas where either a high build clear product is needed or where a decorative filled floor is desired and better UV resistance is needed.

Cure Schedule: 70 degrees: 
Pot Life - 1.5 gallon volume: 25 to 35 mins
Tack Free (dry to touch): 7 to 9 hours
Recoat / Topcoat: 12 to 16 hours 
Light Foot Traffic: 16 to 18 hours 
Full Cure: 2 to 7 days

Application Temperature:
55 - 90 Degrees F with relative humidity below 85% for best results.
