ACCEL100 is a two-component, 100% (+/- 1%) solids colored epoxy coating designed for applications requiring a high build, impact, and chemical resistant flooring solution. It exhibits good low-temperature curing capabilities, effective down to as low as 45°F. However, ACCEL100 has fair color stability and should ideally be top-coated with an aliphatic urethane for enhanced long-term color stability. Can be used as a midcoat or reciever coat in a broadcast system.
ACCEL100 is highly recommended as a high-build topcoat in areas with heavy traffic, chemical troughs, and curbs, as well as for coating tanks and areas prone to chemical spills, particularly on cement, masonry, or brick surfaces.
Cure Schedule
Pot Life (150 gram mass): 16 - 26 minutes
Tack Free (Dry to Touch): 3.5 to 5.5 hours
Recoat or Topcoat: 6 to 8 hours
Light Foot Traffic: 6 to 12 hours
Full Cure (Heavy Traffic): 2 to 5 days
Coverage Rate:
• This 3 Gallon Kit covers 390 FT² @ 12 mils
• Standard Coverage is 130 FT² per gallon to acheive a 12 mil coating.
• 53-130 FT² per gallon @ 12-30 mils
Application Temperature:
45 - 90 Degrees F with relative humidity below 85% for best results.
