HDPRO - High Solids Epoxy / Base - 3 Gallon CRADLE KIT

HDPRO is a high solids colored epoxy primer / mid coat designed to be applied over masonry or concrete. HDPRO can be applied as a primer, then as a midcoat the same day. It can also be used as a standalone epoxy system. Please talk to a Spartan Expert for more information. Cradle Kits / Batch Kits are the installers choice for faster mixing, and job turnaround time. 2 Gallons of Part A is at the bottom and 1 Gallon Part B is cradled inside (Batch kits are essentially the same but you will get the 3 gallon kit in a box, with Part B outside of the bucket.). 

HD-PRO is a two component 93% (+/- 1%) solids epoxy colored coating designed for applications where a high solids primer is needed before applying high solids or 100% solids topcoats for build coats over concrete. Recommended for a high build basecoat on concrete or masonry.  Product is suitable in many chemical exposure environments.

This 3 Gallon kit will cover: 

399 sq ft @ 12 mils  

801 @ 6 mils  

Per Gallon:

133-267 sq ft/gal @ 6-12 mils  

Cure Schedule: 70 degrees: 
Pot Life - 1.5 gallon volume: 35 to 55 mins
Tack Free (dry to touch): 6 to 9 hours
Recoat / Topcoat: 10 to 14 hours 
Light Foot Traffic: 12 to 16 hours 
Full Cure: 2 to 7 days

Application Temperature:
60 - 90 Degrees F with relative humidity below 85% for best results.
