UltraCoat™ 15 Gallon Kit, a technologically advanced LOW VOC, 100% solids

Which enables the user to broadcast flakes, quartz, sand or micas. Finally, only one product to keep on hand. Its robust composition
guarantees superior adhesion, long-lasting durability, and
outstanding visual outcomes across a spectrum of commercial
and residential requirements.
Prepare concrete by etching or grinding. Fill expansion joints with our JS100. Repair / fill
cracks with CF100. Wood substrate? Use FLEX epoxy system which enables any system to be applied over a wooden substrate.
Coverage Rate: 50 - 150 sq ft per gallon @ 30 to 10 mils. Standard coverage rate for a flake system is 133 sq ft per gallon. Metallic Epoxy can be applied at a rate of 50 to 70 sq ft per gallon.
CURE SCHEDULE (50° to 90°F and 50% relative humidity)
Pot Life: 3 to 5 mins
Recoat: 18 to 24 hours
Working Time: 60 mins
Vehicle Traffic: 4 to 5 days
Lt. Foot Traffic: 18 to 24 hours
Full Cure: 5 to 8 days
Metallic Pigments or Pigment Packs: Saturate Part A with metallics
or our color packs the day primer is applied. Add gradually, slowly mix
using a paint stick or mixer. Replace lid, let rest overnight or min 3 hrs.
Mixing: Pour Part B down the center of Part A, mix slowly for
2 minutes with a mechanical mixer or a paint stick. Avoid air
entrapment. Once streak free, transfer to a clean pail and remix
slowly for 30 - 45 seconds. Avoid improper mixing to prevent
product failure. Material is ready to pour. Do not let mixed
epoxy sit in the bucket. POUR OUT IMMEDIATELY.
Wear spiked shoes to apply high build epoxies. Prior to
topcoating Metallic or Neat epoxy, degloss with 120 grit
non-directional screen, vacuum clean, wipe down with
isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
Metallic Application: Pour a 12” ribbon along the furthest wall.
Use a wide smoothing trowell to spread the Metallic Epoxy. You can
swirl with a 3/16” nap roller to achieve marbled effects or to remove
squeegee marks. Tip: Keep handle of smoother trowell low to avoid
squeegee marks.
Broadcast or a Neat System: Pour a 12” ribbon along the
furthest wall. Spread using a 3/16” notched squeegee, back roll with
a 3/16” nap roller, broadcast flakes, quartz, micas or other approved
aggregate. Neat application skip broadcasting.
