Order Processing Policy
Once you place your order, it will enter our production line. We will freshly produce your order, which will then be sent via UPS or Freight LTL. For international deliveries, we facilitate shipping only if you have your own logistics provider. The production of your order will take 2 to 3 days, and depending on your location, the transit time will be an additional 2 to 3 business days. When scheduling your application, it's advisable to include a cushion of 2 to 3 business days for yourself or your customer. Considering these factors, a total buffer of 5 to 9 business days is recommended for safe planning.
Choose Light Gray, Medium Gray or Black for expedited shipping. If you're looking for expedited shipping you can request in the comments section of the order "HOT RUSH". Please keep in mind that all of our coatings are made fresh at the time of order to ensure that the customer gets the highest quality product possible.
We are closed during holidays. Since our warehouse is operational 24 hours per day, please allow an extra 2 to 3 business days if you purchase during a holiday. Overnight shipping is available, however epoxies and urethanes are considered corrosive and flammable the price to ship is most likely more than the cost of your actual order. It's possible we could offer large orders 2 day freight, please request more information with your sales rep.
Once your Spartan Epoxies order ships, our system will notify you via email. It's possible that you can receive your pigments and tools first. Please don't be alarmed your epoxy and urethane order will be delivered soon after.
If your order ships via truck (freight ltl) you will get a PRO number. We do not send out PRO numbers automatically since we use so many different trucking companies. You will need to request that information from us. However, the trucking company will contact you to schedule delivery. Keep in mind to provide the best possible phone number during the time of account creation. We will give the trucking company the phone number on your account. Any additional fees such as lift gate or storage fees will be billed directly to the customer.
